What we do

In addition to our online butcher shop, we offer services to local Tassie food brands, butchers, food service and of course our numerous private customers who want to fill their freezer!

We process cattle, sheep and pigs and offer:

• Service kills for butchers, food service and local food brands

• Private kill and cut-up

  • Bulk packed or;

  • Portioned and vacuum sealed (cryovac) packed

  • Mince and sausages

We can process your animals or source them for you.

We can provide refrigerated transport statewide, pack and ship for mainland markets plus subject to availability we may also be able to provide livestock transport to the abattoir also.
